I have arrived in Sierra Vista in 1989 like so many others on a dept of Defense related job. I have seen Sierra Vista and Cochise County increase in size about three times over. For many of you Sierra Vista is new. You will soon discover that we have here superb quality of life. One of the most important decisions you are going to make is the house that you want to live in. In that I will help you get the best home that you can afford. Together we will find the home that you want for either long term or short as an investment. Property values here are generally on an upward climb regardless what the national market is doing. Fort Huachuca is the main economic engine for Cochise County and its growth is based on defense requirements. Which for obvious reasons will not contract for a long time to come.
